Role and responsibilities

In your role, you will support our project management team and directly contribute to the company’s success.

You will take part in the implementation and follow-up of multiple integration projects, applying your skills to tackle and solve complex technical challenges.

Profile

You are currently pursuing a degree in business and/or engineering.
You have a strong passion for industrial and technological software solutions.
You are interested in hands-on project work and motivated to continuously drive improvements in an agile project environment.
In addition to your analytical mindset, you have a confident presence and demonstrate a high level of initiative and team spirit.
Furthermore, you stand out through strong communication skills in German and English (French is an advantage).

Tasks

You will support the project team in meetings and learn what it means to work with agile methods and handle related challenges.
You will work closely with our international clients and actively support them in their change management processes.
Software configuration and integration will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will assist with internal resource coordination, including development, configuration, and integration activities.
You will conduct requirements analyses, helping to structure findings and contribute to solution development.
